Great hotel and fantastic service
Booked this hotel as a last minute getaway to London. What a great quirky hotel!
We stayed in a deluxe double, and whilst compact we couldn’t fault it. Room was lovely and we had a little balcony. Bed was so comfortable!
The bathroom was lovely too! Great powerful rainfall shower!
And the thing that made the stay was the service! From when we arrived to when we left the staff were so helpful and attentive! Any request was sorted within minutes!
We will definitely be back, and hopefully in a suite!

What a great hotel! A true gem of a place in South Kensington and only about 7mins from the tube. Its not your average hotel - quirky design features and art installations make it memorable.
Staff on check in are fabulous and incredibly pleasant and we were delighted with a room upgrade for our anniversary. Made even better with some heart balloons and rose petals in our room which gave a final nice touch on the room. The balcony rooms were spacious and bed comfortable and shower was great.
Its rare I want to/would stay in the same hotel twice but for this place I'd make an exception!

Very Quirky
Booked 2 nights for a museum weekend and we were lucky enough to get upgraded to the trash room. Very odd but very comfy. Huge bathroom with bath and a shower. We booked for breakfast but found out a cpl days before that restaurant closed. Had a continental delivered to our room, croissants, pastries, orange juice, yoghurt and tea/coffee. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Would definitely return.

Super quirky boutique hotel with fantastic staff
I stayed here for 4 days just before the UK government introduced its additional corona restrictions in September 2020. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed at the enthusiasm and welcome from the staff, so much so that I asked to upgrade to one of the distinctive themed rooms - I went for the Trash suite. Admittedly, their services were slightly reduced due to the well-established corona protocols (room service, kitchen, general staffing levels etc) but that was fully explained and understandable and did not detract at all from the experience.

A gem of a hotel in South Kensington
What a great place this is, so different from the bland run of the mill hotels. Every part of the Hotel is so bizarre from the artificial grass lift to the individually themed bedrooms.
The service of all the staff was excellent, never made to feel so welcome in a Hotel and to top it all brilliant location.
Plenty of places to eat nearby and we found the rooms to be really quiet.
