What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
I like the location and I like that this hotel has its own distinct soul in contrast to sterile business hotels that look the same all over the world. First and foremost I like the staff, Always beeing greeted with smiles from people who actually remember my name from stay to stay (and even hugs from Elena) it is easy to feel at home; I travel a lot all over the world and occasionally stay at very high-end hotels but in London I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. There is nothing generic about The Exhibitionist; instead there is ambience, warmth, friendliness and edge in its own way.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
The tables for the breakfasts are way too close to each other making it impossible to navigate from table to bugfet - I don’t like having to rub back or shoulders with other people during my breakfast; it mudt be possible to arrange this differently.

absolutely amazing hotel, I usually stick to chain hotels, but I'm glad I didn't this time. I will certainly be back.

The lounge was a bit cold however it was easily sorted by using the radiator in the wardrobe.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
I booked directly with the hotel and was served by Zita, she was very friendly from the start of the booking throughout. I explained my expectations and the fact the booking will be the backdrop to my proposal asking my girlfriend to marry me. She provided me with a lovely discount on a penthouse suite they had available. We discussed an additional romantic package to give the room that special occasion feel. We arrived at the hotel and the moment we walked in we were greeted with an absolutely beautiful smell lingering in the lobby and the hallways of the hotel. Not over bearing and very much enchanting your mood and expectations of the hotel. Check in was simple locating the room was easy too. The lift was a bit small but quirky artificial grass lined walls with flowers popping out and a magnetic board where guests had grouped words together. Upon entering the room again I was so pleased with the attention to detail of my request for the romantic package was spot on Zita and her team laid out rose petals on the bed in heart shapes and the words I love you on the bed surrounded by a bed full of heart shaped balloons. There was a bottle of Prosecco chilling nicely on the table and 2 trays of chocolates and strawberries The penthouse itself was amazing so many photo opportunities with all the backdrops. The mirrored bath looked lovely too, the waterfall shower was amazing too. Being in the penthouse we had exclusive use of the balcony which to be fair was a very good size, unfortunately we didn’t use it as the weather was poor. For a busy hotel the penthouse felt sound proof as we couldn’t hear any other guests we found the entire stay spot on and couldn’t have asked for more. We would definitely recommend and definitely return again

I have no negatives other than perhaps being able to book in earlier than the 3pm arrival time.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
It's our first time in London and our stay was amazing! The hotel is beautifully decorated inside and outside, it has its own story. All praise to the reception staff and ladies from housekeeping team. I didn't remember their names, but they were all kind, smiling and ready to help. We asked for a room with a blue interior and we got it. Thank you! On arrival we received a voucher for Prosecco. We didn't use it during our stay, but it was certainly a nice gesture. The great thing is that we had a kettle and a coffee machine, with daily replenishment. I was delighted with the Egyptian cotton bedding and the size of the bed. Also the TV has a great size. The bathroom is beautiful and spacious, i love the decorative stone with which it is covered. The bathroom is also very clean and well maintained by the housekeeping team. The cosmetics that are available are great, as is the water pressure. The lighting in the room is very nice, I like that it can be dimmed. Unfortunately, The LED lighting around the ceiling does not work.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
I noticed a couple of things that needs improvement or repair. They were not a problem for me personally, but maybe these suggestions can help you improve the service. One of them is that there is no room for personal belongings/clothes in the wardrobe. The shelves are occupied with a safe, hair dryer and iron. One shelf is at the bottom because the hooks on one side are missing. Since you don't have a wellness center or a swimming pool, I think robes are an unnecessary item in the room, and they also take up two hangers unnecessarily. In addition, the robes are visibly worn. The closet smells of mold - it can be seen on the wall on the right side of the shelves. On the left side of the shelves I found someone's glasses case in the corner (it's still there). I don't see the purpose of a heater in the closet when the air conditioner is running. Next to the phone, I would add a notepad and a pen - you always need to write something down. I would also add an ashtray and chair cushions to the balcony - iron chairs are quite cold to sit on. One thing particularly shocked me - there is no toilet brush in the bathroom. Personally, I can't imagine using the toilet without cleaning up behind myself. I asked the housekeeping team and they brought me one, but I think every bathroom should have it. Maintenance should check the cold water handle on the sink faucet - it is loose and seems like the valve skips when turning on the water. They should also check the drawers next to the bed - they are difficult to open and close.

A great treat for my Wife's Birthday to complement a theatre outing that we had booked. What a room! The included hot tub took us away from a bleak November in Britain to our Summer Holiday all over again, and offered a great way to relax after walking around London. The breakfast was also exceptional, and a late midday checkout meant for such a relaxing Weekend away.

We had a very nice and spacious room. Ladies at breakfast and cocktails were all wonderful! We also liked the convenient location. Nice are and close to Harrods and Kensigton Park. Most likely we will come again…

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Julia the Duty Manager was very understanding of my concerns and I appreciated the goodwill gesture of a complimentary breakfast and 10% refund.

The size of the deluxe room. Very restricted to move about in the room and nowhere to put anything out of the way as too tight to access the wardrobe. Lovely hotel tho but room too small.

Room was very big and very quirky which was great. just poor workmanship on renovations lets it down a bit. Small things like sealant put on poorly. lots of scrapes and marks on doors and walls in room. very little needed to have it improved

The staff, the service, the atmosphere of the hotel, is all exceptional. We have stayed at the Exhibitionist many times and it is consistently excellent. Sarah and the team are professional, friendly and efficient at all times. We can't wait to go back!

Great hotel with a better than expected breakfast, some really nice art check out the corridors on all floors. Lovely to have an outside space.

Our second visit, main reason was concert at the Royal Albert Hall. Location could not be better. Hotel is comfortable with good facilities. The unseasonal weather meant we could make good use of the balcony - an extra treat! Staff are friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is excellent. Bar prices are not extortionate. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Great little find, very quirky!!! Lovely area and perfect location for The concert we were attending at The Royal Albert Hall. Lovely breakfast and Great Staff all very friendly and helpful.
